I Have A Confirmed Pelvic Organ Prolapse. It's Not Serious,

I have a confirmed pelvic organ prolapse. it's not serious, or uncomfortable, but since 3 or 4 days ago, I feel the company Stanton urge to pee, and I an unable to fully empty my bladder. is this dangerous? I should add that it started almost immediately after having intercourse with my husband. could it just be swelling? should I be concerned?
