I Have A Consistent Dull Ache In My Stomach.. I

I have a consistent dull ache in my stomach.. I feel thaphyst I eat reasonably healthy, I'm under a lot of stress. my bowel movements are hard and occur every other day.. I do get frequent physical exercise.
Sometimes if I eat out , I wind up with diarrhea the next morning . Is it possible I have IBS?
