I Have A Constant Arm Spasm Twitch In Left Shoulder,

I have a constant arm spasm twitch in left shoulder, arm. Have had rotator cuff surgery. Surgeon thought that would take care of it. Did not, at times I wish a doctor would denervation to stop. No answers, just being shoved off to another doctor. What specialist do I need to see now!@
