I Have A Constant Feeling Of Pressure, As Though Something

I have a constant feeling of pressure, as though something is in the way, immediately blow my ribs in the centre of my abdomen. There is no pain, just a feeling. I cannot feel a lump or swelling. I went to my G P who ran normal blood tests etc. Nothing showed. She gave me an inhaler to see if it might help as I thought it could be described as breathless. I don't feel that now and the inhaler has not helped. It is fairly constant discomfort.
