I Have A Constant Headache. I Had A 102.7 Fever

I have a constant headache. I had a 102.7 fever that stayed from 4 pm June 11 until 9 am June 12 before breaking, then by 2 pm the fever has returned. When the fever is present my head hurts worse and I have body/muscle aches from top of my head to the bottom of my feet. My body hurts some when fever is not present. I also have a sore throat and all the glands/lymph nods in my throat are swollen. I can barely swollen my own spit. I sometimes feel nausea, but not thrown up. I am a 29 year old female with no health issues other than fibromyalgia due to a nerve in my back next to my spin under my right shoulder.
