I Have A Constant High Blood Pressure, It Stays At

I have a constant high blood pressure, it stays at about 190/96 I have been on 2 blood pressure medications, I have seen some GI doctors, and a natural healthy advanced chiropractor and they don't know why its not working, they say its not my weight or being unhealthy one of my doctors mentioned my kindeys, but hasn't said much, im seeing a cardiologist this week, I just don't know why its so high, what do you think?
