I Have A Constant Pain In My Right Leg. It

I have a constant pain in my right leg. It has been on going for a couple of months. Sometimes it feels like my knee has no marrow and it grinds. Other times my leg just aches to the point I can not get comfortable . I have jolts of pain and then nothing. It is from my butt to the bottom of my foot. My knee feels swollen some what
