I Have A Constant Soreness On The Inside Of My

I have a constant soreness on the inside of my right upper arm. It more sore when I am tired and after exertion. Especially at that time of the month. I noticed it about a year ago and had a mammogram and US of the tail of spense to make sure it was not a tumor. I had a tumor removed from my right index finger last August and though it was a ganglion cyst before surgery. I had complicated migraine on the left side of my head last year and had weakness on the right arm and leg. My MRI showed no damage or stroke, but the soreness in the arm presents itself at times of stress.
