I Have A Continual Pain On The Left Side Of

I have a continual pain on the left side of my mid/upper back in my ribs. The pain seems to be localized to a spot about the size of a fist. It came on suddenly. It started yesterday morning and has continued. Yesterday I did seem to have a rash on my back but that appears to be going away today.
