I Have A Contraceptive Implant And No Bleeding From Periods.

I have a contraceptive implant and no bleeding from periods. My cervix however is very painful along with stomach cramps which im thinking is period pain. My cervix was torn during childbirth but this was almost 4 year ago. I dont know if any treatment is available?
