I Have A Copy Of A Heart MRI I Had

I have a copy of a heart MRI I had with contrast and a stress test it says no reversible ischemia which I think means no loss of blood supply to my heart correct? It also say's a small inferolateral infarct that is mostly transmural, I have no idea what this is. my LV ejection fraction is 45% which I know is bad but my RV ejection fraction is 58% which I think is good?
