I Have A Cotton Swab Stuck In My Ear But

I have a cotton swab stuck in my ear but my friend can barely see it after pulling the top part of my ear back and everything. I tried tweezers and an earwax cleaning suction ball thing and it's so uncomfortable. Can I sleep with it in my ear with a history of severe sleep apnea? Please help me asap
