I Have A Cough That Is Productive With Green Stuff.

I have a cough that is productive with green stuff. Also, bad headaches but no facial pain. However, my temples ache terribly. I also have ear pain and traces of blood from the ear. I have a temp of 99.6. I have tried Tylenol , aspirin, ibuprofen, and severe cold and allergy meds over the last week and nothing has worked. What could possibly be causing this? Thank you for your time. I am 24 yr old male. I ride my bike everywhere. I don't drive. I do work 25-30 hrs a week.
