I Have A Cough That's Been With Me For 14

I have a cough that's been with me for 14 days it more in my chest, get chills, no fever, today started with
diarrhea. I have no insurance before I go to doctors is there anything over the counter to take. I have take two different cough meds 12 hour ones.
