I Have A Cough Which Won't Go And Have Developed

I have a cough which won't go and have developed pain in my shoulders and neck. When I cough I get a sharp shooting pain in my right temple. I started feeling unwell 4 weeks ago and came down with a viral type bug, then after 2 weeks of being really unwell improved for a week but then seem to have caught something else.
