I Have A Couple Hard Pea Sized Lumps On My

I have a couple hard pea sized lumps on my knee-thigh area. They have been there for several months now. They don't hurt and can't be moved around. They are a little red in color and nothing can be squeezed out. The skin over top looks almost scaled over? They don't seem to be growing.. Just look gross. What could this be??
