I Have A Couple Of Cyst-like Lumps On My Finger

I have a couple of cyst-like lumps on my finger joints and one foot. They are very painful and raised and periodically break open. I have a lot of medical problems and think this may be arthritis. I'm not sure if I should see a rheumatologist or another professional.
