I Have A Couple Of Painless Hard Bumps On The

I have a couple of painless hard bumps on the edge of my lower lip (maybe a mil each in diameter). They’re barely noticeable (skin tone), but I can feel them raised to touch. They’re skin coloured and haven’t changed in 3 weeks. They don’t hurt, sting, or anything.

I foolishly tried to squeeze one like a pimple to the point that it started to bleed. Now I’m worried that people will think it’s a cold sore (no scab, but minorly irritated which is to be expected).

What could these be?
