I Have A Couple Of Pea-sized Lumps That Are Rubbery

I have a couple of pea-sized lumps that are rubbery on the upper inner thigh under the skin. They are nontender, nonpainful I noticed one there several months ago. Now it feels like several there. I went to the gynecologist a month ago, but he could not feel them. Should I go to another doctor and get them checked out. What could they be?
