I Have A Coworker Who Had An "accident". She Has

I have a coworker who had an "accident". She has uncontrollable diarrhea and says that it is very soft. Says it doesn't happen every day and mostly in the morning. Told her she should go to Doctor and she told me "NO" most emphatically. She is a good friend and I am very worried. I asked if cancer ran in her family and was told to "mind my own business". I do remember her telling me that her mother had had colon cancer.
