I Have A Coworker Who Threatened To Poison Me With

I have a coworker who threatened to poison me with her husband's diabetes medication. I am now sick with a headache, nausea, weakness, and sweating with no fever. I am hoping that I have the flu. Is there any way to tell without going to the ER? I seem to be getting better, but I have had this before recently.
