I Have A Cracked Tooth. Usually When It Hurts, I

I have a cracked tooth. Usually when it hurts, I can put on some oragel and it stops. However, tonight, I put some on and it did nothing. I have a headache, also, so about an hour ago I took some Nyquil My tooth is now killing me, I still have a headache and my left ear is red and warm. What should I do?
