I Have A Crawling Electrical Like Feeling In My Lower

I have a crawling electrical like feeling in my lower abdominal area... Seems to radiant across the front. Feeling radiants down the tops of the insde front of my thigh near the torso sometimes.... It comes and goes.... Sometimes it's stronger than others... Been going on for about two years.... It doesn't feels like organs moving and I'm going through menopause! I bruise easily.... My bowels do not hurt and I'm regular with bowl movements .... I don't have pain any other time in that area and it's like when it happens it does it in surges only once or twice and then it's over... Doesn't happen everyday and only happens at night when I go to bed... Usually happens after laying there for about 20-30 minutes or right before I go to sleep... It never wakes me... Is it part of the change? Hormones? Diease? Thanks
