I Have A Crawling Sensation In Or On My Scrotum

I have a crawling sensation in or on my scrotum area my face area my eyes and just about everywhere, feels like bugs so I have went to dermatologist twice, they said eczema but eczema body wash didn't fix my problem. I was given shot around hip area, I use itch defense cream but that doesn't work. Please help
