I Have A Crusty Skin Build Up In The Corner

I have a crusty skin build up in the corner of my mouth, joint on the side. It started off looking like a dry skin build up, now its slightly larger, and only irritation is me knowing its there which irritates me often. Its not painful but its extremely irritating. What can I use for it?
