I Have A Cut Above My Cliterus And Some Tiny

I have a cut above my cliterus and some tiny lumps above that. I have had the cut before I just thought that was lack of lubrication. I am concerned about the lumps I have. It is very saw (excuse spelling) and feels painful.

What do I do? I am going to see my partner tomorrow and I am unsure about having sex (on the depo) and also what this might be?
