I Have A Cut Between My Toe,it Started Out As

I have a cut between my toe,it started out as a bad itch so I was and dryer my feet then rubbed it down with lotion but the it didn't stop the it then my husband said I might have athletes feet but I would know how because I always wash and dry my feet and wear clean sock but the itch go really intense so I tryed a antifungal cream but it seem to make it worst and blister formed between my toe twice and each time it bust and now I have a cut between and on my toe that raw looking please help me what could be causing this and why?
