I Have A Cut On My Pubic Area, So I

I have a cut on my pubic area, so I applied rubbing alcohol on the wound. The alcohol poured to my penis head and now it's irritating me, I tried cleaning it with soap and water, but it's still very irritated. Should I be concerned? I tried searching it up but it's not giving me any answers. I'm 18, 5'2, and I have no medical history that's blood related and had no issue with my penis up until now. This happened just a few minutes ago.
