I have a cut on tip of my penis on the head the last time i had sex was in october when i pee it does not burn but when the cut gets wet it burn a little and now when i swallow it feels weird under my adams apple and i have a hernia from awhile back PLEASE CAN YOU HELP ME ii dont know what to do
