I Have A Cut Or Abrasion And It's Very Painful

I have a cut or abrasion and it's very painful to have sex I had to have surgery to cut out the bad tissue it still hurts and they gave me cream with estragon in it? It hurts to have sex and it's in the opening but in the part of the vagina that collapses so they can't see it what can I do?
