I Have A Cyst-like Abscess To The Immediate Right Of

I have a cyst-like abscess to the immediate right of my rectum and vagina. It is draining pus and blood and aches. I've had abscesses here in years past, but I would squeeze it and pus would come out and it would heal. It has taken on the size of a large grape and is deep and sore. Should I go to my gyn?
