I Have A Cyst On My Right Rib Area Just

I have a cyst on my right rib area just under my bra lining... I had it for several years but lately noticed it is bigger than before and is now a reddish color when it used to be white matching my skin tone. I have also started feeling pain in my ribs in the area of the cyst as if someone kicked me. What could this mean?
