I Have A Cyst On My Right Tonsil And Both

I have a cyst on my right tonsil and both tonsils in general are pretty swollen (blocking the throat). I'm on azithromycin and ibuprofen 600 but there's still some pain and I'm having trouble eating. Was thinking of smoking some weed to help with the pain/hunger but am concerned this might have negative impacts of the cyst, swelling, or interaction between the antibiotics.
