I Have A Cyst On My Scalp. I Am On

I have a cyst on my scalp. I am on Cephalexin and the cyst was drained but too infected to pop out doctor filled with an antibiotic Creme that was seven days ago now it covered over like to heal but just starting leaking yucky stuff again I still have Cephalexin I am taking should I place something like neisporin Creme on the cyst to keep it clean ?
