I Have A Cyst Which Is Taking Forever To Get

I have a cyst which is taking forever to get operated on ( blood won't clot lots of blood tests , might be vitamin K deficit but doctor is taking 3 weeks to figure out) well now I can't go number 2 and keep throwing up . Could i have two issues and doctors are confusing first with second ? I have read a lot about IBS and a lot of people have thos throw up issue and I am also cold , tired and feel sick . This happens every day withat be a day off. PLEASE help I'm dying here
