I Have A Dairy Intolerance And Lately I've Been Having

I have a dairy intolerance and lately I've been having MORE digestive issues. I thought it was gluten but I haven't had any today but I still have a little stomach ache. Not as bad as the past week though. Today I've had veggies and chicken cooked in olive oil and my tummy hurts. Could I be having adverse reactions to oils?
