I Have A Dark Red Cluster Like Rash About An

I have a dark red cluster like rash about an inch below my belly button. Near the top of where my boxers sit. It has been here for five days now. Doesn't itch or hurt. The skin is raised but I wouldn't say the rash is pimple like. Small red bumps seem to have scabbed over a bit. What could this be? Eczema, folliculitis, or maybe even herpes?
