I Have A Daughter That Is 19, Down Syndrome Blood

I have a daughter that is 19, Down syndrome blood work is coming back with high red blood count and high platelets. She has been having headaches muscle and joint pain, increased sweating. I found a hard lump under her armpit. She has a total AV repair. Her doctor is on vacation till Monday. Should I take her to the ER
