I Have A Debilitating Pain In My Thigh/groin Area That

I have a debilitating pain in my thigh/groin area that has been with me on and off for over 15 years. I have recently started a walking program and today cannot walk without severe pain and the leg just giving way with certain movements. The faster I walk, the less pain. While sitting still it throbs.
