I Have A Deep Cavity Which Was Recently Filled..but Now

I have a deep cavity which was recently filled..but now after the filling there is a lot of senstivity to cold water/eatables and initially the senstivity caused a lot of pain in the jaw and side face muscles. Will the sensitivity lessen with time (on its own)?
Anything to worry about?
