I Have A Deep Cut On The Right Side Of

I have a deep cut on the right side of my lips, it's not connected to the opening. I went to the doctor and she said its healing fine, I had sex after waiting a week and now it hurts every time I pee. Did I just made it worse and have an infection ? It looks clean down there. I have a lot of discharge kinda yellow/white I see on my pantie line pad.
