I Have A Deep Pain In My Back Right At

I have a deep pain in my back right at the bottome of my rib cage. It only hurst when I move and hit a certain spot. Like playing golf. When I hit that spot it feels like I've been stabbed deep in my back. Isn't that my Kidney and if so why does it only hurt when I hit the right spot or twist?
