I Have A Deep Puncture Wound In My Left Trapezius

I have a deep puncture wound in my left trapezius with a small amount of tendon (I beleive) connecting at the top. It's 3 days old. I've been cleaning it with alcohol spray the first 2 days, since then I've just been putting antibiotic ointment on the dressing, changing ever 12 hours. I've been taking cephalexin 500 mg 2xa day. Going to the hospital is not an option for me. I've got access to everything OTC that can be available. How do I get this to heal properly?
