I Have A Dent I Just Noticed On My Upper

I have a dent I just noticed on my upper right side of my butt. Im experiencing a little soreness. Should I sleep on this side? Im away from home and cant see a doctor until a month from now. Will this be okay until then? I dont want to have surgery to correct this. Is there another way to help?
