I Have A Deranged Liver, Have A Bit Of Jaundice,

I have a deranged liver, have a bit of jaundice, itching, not much appetite, have had tests for hep A,B,C which all came back negative, I have a small sis on my liver and a few small gallstones, i am having a blood test weekly and my blood levels are lowing, I want to know what a deranged liver means? I am a 63 year old female who has been fit and healthy up till then. Thank you.
