I Have A Deviated Septum And Had For Many Years,

I have a deviated septum and had for many years, My Dr. found polyps in my nasal cavity about 3 years ago and was to do surgery. I had to cancel because of finances. After doing a LOT of research on the web, I just found out I also now am positive for HPV. I wake up in the middle of the night wanting to rip the side of my face off because of the sharp pain I get in my right side of the face. can you please help me with some answers....I have very limited funds.
