I Have A Diagnosis Similar To MS And Just Recently

I have a diagnosis similar to MS and just recently started getting weird symptoms (symptoms prior are muscle deterioration in arms and zero leg function with losing trunk function. Lately though, I've been getting tingling and numbness shooting down both arms and into my lower face and mouth. This usually happens at night. Also, I have a hard time staying up in my manual wheelchair sometimes in the morning but normally at night due to horrible dizziness. I've been in a chair for 5 years and this fast progression started 6.5 years ago. Even laying down is starting to keep me dizzy...it took awhile but it used to go away!
