I Have A Difference In Heart Rate From On Minute

I have a difference in heart rate from on minute to the next can be as low as 34 bum to as high as 88 bum. I can feel the change. I am using a wrist cuff blood pressure monitor to check. Also when my heart rate goes down my blood pressure goes up and when my heart rate goes up my blood pressure goes down. Any help appreciated. Thanks Jim
