I Have A Disc Herniation At T-5-6, 7-8 And T8-9

I have a disc herniation at t-5-6, 7-8 and t8-9 with mild canal stenosis and mild deformity of the ventral cord. Mild disc bulge at l4-5 and L5-s1. My legs are very weak. And some days I feel like I can't hardly walk. Sometimes I don't hurt at all until the evenings. I have trouble getting of the commode. The pain goes down my leg. Is this serious and can anything be done.
