I Have A Discomfort Like Gas In My Lower Right

I have a discomfort like gas in my lower right abdomen. It is better when I am up and walking. It has moved more to the center from my right side. I was constipated and thought it would go away after going. I keep trying to relieve the pain be expelling gas but can't seem to pass gas. I have been able to belch. It seems to help when I physically move my stomach.
